We’re Seeking an Administrative Assistant to Join Our Team

Castle Point Landscape Design is a growing, award-winning landscape construction/maintenance company that’s been in business since 2004. We pride ourselves on creating and maintaining amazing outdoor entertaining spaces so our clients can make wonderful memories with their friends and families. As we continually grow, we are seeking an administrative assistant to help the owner/office manager.

Position: Administrative Assistant, reporting to Owner and Office Manager

Hours: Flexible part-time hourly position with potential for full-time status

Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience. Work mostly remote with an occasional visit to our office/yard. Additional benefits include life insurance, dental benefits, flexible hours in a casual work environment to fit your personal routine in M-F schedule, company provided laptop/peripherals. Retirement plan with a company match, and paid time off are available with full-time status.

Requirements: Candidate needs a minimum of 2-3 years experience in office work (prior
experience in the trades is a plus). Must have general proficiency with
QuickBooks, and solid command of Microsoft Office and Google Suite. We will
teach candidate industry specific software (in particular LMN). Must be willing to
occasionally drive to Somerset/Union County area and be comfortable with Zoom
meeting or occasional in-person formats. Candidate must be organized and selfmotivated, work independently, possess good communication and have the drive to
be a contributing member of this award-winning team so they can grow with us.
It’s important the candidate can follow detailed directions, and can treat
clients/employees/vendors in a polite, friendly and respectful manner.

Responsibilities: Daily tasks may include a variety of office functions such as: answer
phones/emails, pull weekly reports for review with owner (i.e payroll/employee,
financial, job costing), construction job support (print relevant paperwork for our
teams, track timesheets/receipts, order materials, and coordinating deliveries),
manage customer reviews, assist with documenting procedures and systems.
