- Review the information you’ve provided and ensure everything falls within our scope. We’ll review the services you’re looking for, your location, your budget, etc.
- Contact you to schedule an in-person consultation. We always prefer an in-person visit to ensure we’re providing a quote that’s as accurate as possible. During your consultation, we’ll talk more in-depth about your project and answer any questions you may have.
- After reviewing our notes and obtaining all of the necessary information, we’ll provide a quote outlining the details and price of your project.

As we go the extra mile to ensure your quote is accurate and takes every crucial factor into account, please understand this process doesn’t happen overnight. We can assure you that we provide our quotes in a timely manner. But in order to quote the job as if we’re actually going to build it, this is something that requires a bit of time. We do not provide same-day or ballpark quotes because they’re not in anyone’s best interests. We care about delivering an experience where everyone is happy—and that’s exactly what our process is designed to do.
By the time we reach out to schedule a consultation, we’re already invested in your project.
